Vinicius Junior is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Spanish club Real Madrid and the Brazil national team. He signed with Real Madrid in 2018 after prior agreements between the two clubs and Santos. Vinicius made his professional debut with Flamengo in October 2017, at age 16. The following year, he was chosen by Santos to train with their youth academy players. On 20 July 2018, he was officially presented as a Real Madrid player.
